11 March, 2024TRUMPF, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, highlighted its innovative TruPrint 1000 at Expodental 2024, taking place from 14-16 March in Spain. At stand B21 in Hall 8 at IFEMA, attendees had the unique opportunity to explore the significant advances in productivity and quality provided by this machine, which features a revamped gas circulation system that ensures exceptional part uniformity and precision.
The TruPrint 1000, noted for its durability, size and 3D printing quality, is presented as an optimal solution not only for the dental field, but also for research and development, as well as for small series production. Eduardo Aza, TRUMPF Spain representative for Additive Manufacturing, emphasises that this new model redefines the standards of productivity, cost efficiency and quality in 3D printing, especially for dental parts with complex geometries. Equipped with up to two 200 W lasers and an automated multi-platen system, the TruPrint 1000 promises to maximise productivity and operating times.
In addition, TRUMPF exhibited the TruMark Station 5000, a laser marking solution for the traceability of materials such as plastics and metals, ideal for the medical-dental sector. According to Toni Bernabeu, sales representative for Laser Marking at TRUMPF Spain, this model stands out for its intelligent design, ergonomics, universal compatibility with marking lasers and high safety standards.
On Friday 15th March, TRUMPF participated in the Speaker Corner of Expodental with the talk "Innovations in 3D metal printing: Laser Metal Fusion technology in dental applications", by the expert in Additive Manufacturing, Francesco Cantele, highlighting the latest advances in the field.
