MAUSA ACQUIRES THE MATSUURA LUMEX AVANCE 25 HYBRID MACHINE FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING AND SIMULTANEOUS MACHINING, SUPPLIED BY MAQUINSER

Mausa has inaugurated an operational showroom, showcasing the most advanced technology, led by the Matsuura Lumex Avance 25, a unique machine in the market due to its capability for additive manufacturing and simultaneous high-precision machining.

The management and technical team of Matsuura, headed by Simon Chappell, Mitsuyoshi Yoshida, Yoshiaki Kano, and Isao Takazawa, along with the management and commercial team of Maquinser, represented by Christian Postigo Olsson, Sergio Sainz Alvarez, and Adrián Ortiz de Villalba Alberdi, were invited by the MAUSA board of directors, led by Amalia García and Diego García, to visit the new facilities. The result was a modern and attractive space that combines functionality and design, representing the culmination of an ambitious joint project they have been working closely together as partners for a long time.

This collaborative project, conceived initially as a small idea between MAUSA, Matsuura, and Maquinser, has evolved into one of the most innovative projects in the Iberian industry. Its disruptive technology is destined to revolutionize the manufacturing of complex high-precision parts, such as molds, with a remarkable reduction in production times and exceptional adaptability to subtle design changes or customization.
