ADDILAN, IBARMIA, IK4-CEIT, IK4-LORTEK and FAGOR AUTOMATION will share a stand with the sector association ADDIMAT in the third edition of the Formnext 2017 fair, from 14 to 17 November in Frankfurt.
ADDILAN, a newly created company, was founded thanks to the business collaboration between GRUPO MAHERHOLDING and ONA ELECTROEROSIÓN, emblematic companies of the machine tool sector. Its objective is to design, manufacture and market additive manufacturing machines with a high contribution rate through WAAM (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) technology. ADDILAN is targeting the market of high-value components, medium-large components in demanding industrial sectors such as aeronautics, aerospace, energy or naval.
IBARMIA INNOVATEK will announce its ADD + PROCESS solution, a hybrid machine incorporating additive manufacturing ADD technologies and PROCESS processing (milling and turning).
The technological centers, CEIT and LORTEK, belonging to the IK4 alliance, will present their technological offer and will display metal pieces manufactured using various additive technologies as well as the main R&D projects they are working on in this field.
FAGOR AUTOMATION, an expert in the development and manufacture of automation and control products for machinery, will show process control solutions adapted to the additive manufacturing sector.
ADDIMAT attends the fair on behalf of the sector and will be responsible for publicizing and promoting the organizations it represents.As a novelty, it will present the catalog of the sector, recently published by the association, with detailed information of all the companies that make up the additive manufacturing ecosystem in Spain, represented by ADDIMAT.
The new edition of Formnext, which has the participation of the main players in the sector, continues to grow and will occupy two pavilions for the first time this year. The booth promoted by ADDIMAT will occupy position B30 of Hall 3.0.
