ADDIMAT PUBLISHES ITS MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE YEAR 2024

On December 19th, the last ADDIMAT Board Meeting of the year was held, during which a review of the year 2023 took place, and the association's management plan for 2024 was approved. ADDIMAT is a well-established association that has witnessed the birth and growth of the additive manufacturing sector, currently bringing together 106 expert companies in this field in Spain.

Highlighted activities for the upcoming year include:

• The new sector catalog, scheduled for publication early in the year, which will outline the technological capabilities of all ADDIMAT members.
• The organization of the ADDIT3D fair within the context of BIEMH from June 3rd to 7th, along with the BIEMH Talks.
• The compilation and dissemination of successful case studies aimed at conveying the advantages of additive technologies to the industry and promoting their use as an alternative manufacturing process in specific niches.
• The promotion of webinars and events to showcase the technological capabilities of the companies.
• The organization of a joint participation in FORMNEXT, the world additive manufacturing fair, showcasing the technology developed in Spain.

The sector's evolution in recent years has been more than evident, with a noticeable increase in maturity, growing integration into production lines, significant advancements in automation, and a proliferation of interesting technologies and materials.

ADDIMAT continues to promote the use of 3D printing and business collaboration. The association will hold its annual assembly on May 17th, at Kursaal in San Sebastian.
