The Talent, Entrepreneurship and Industry Forum took place today, an event organised by AFM Cluster and IMH Campus, in which ADDIMAT played an important role. This meeting brought together professionals, students and experts in advanced technologies to discuss talent and innovation in industry.
The day began with a welcome by Jon Núñez Barrenechea, technology specialist at AFM Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, who highlighted the importance of connecting emerging talent with the industrial sector. On behalf of the IMH Campus, Edurne Iturbe Zabalo, director of the master's degree in Digital Manufacturing, and Roberto Altzerreka Etxeberria, head of entrepreneurship, presented the educational and technological initiatives led by the institution.
Recognition of industrial entrepreneurship
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the Award for the Best Industrial Entrepreneurship Project IMH Campus 2023/2024, presented by Ion Zubiaurre Ros, Deputy Mayor of Elgoibar. The award went to the FIRE EVO COMPANY team, made up of students Xuepeng Hu, Xabier Toribio and Qiming Wang. Their project, which proposes an electromagnetic heating head for FDM 3D printing technology, has been valued for its innovative approach and its potential impact on the industry.
