The manufacturing processes research group develops technological solutions for additive manufacturing using LDM wire and LDM powder technology. They have a hybrid robotic cell for machining operations and additive manufacturing, equipped with an 8-degree-of-freedom system to recover or produce complex, multi-material, and large-sized components.
